Popis, cíl a formy výuky:The course introduces large databse systems with various data models. Relational, object-oriented and hierarchical data model is discussed together with corrensponding formal techniques.
The course material is taught in lectures, seminars and computer laboratory practicals using special modeling software. Students will also communicate with the lecturer via electronics media and will use discussion forum and e-library in faculty intranet.
